Workshops

Building on the success of the V2 “Practitioners” series, Foster-Melliar’s workshops are designed to give teams the real world insight to be able to put theory into practice. The format of the workshops is a relaxed informal atmosphere where sacred cows are asked to wait outside while the team comes to grips with the issues affecting them. Our expert facilitators will guide the team through practical examples, exercises, coaching and template design.

What to expect from our workshops?
  • Relaxed atmosphere - no holds barred
  • Teams work in syndicates and individually
  • Delegates will receive blank generic templates
  • Delegates will be encouraged to draft their own templates
  • Facilitator assisted “chalk-talk” sessions
Duration
All workshops are 2 days long
Who should attend?

The practical workshops are best suited to individuals from the same company who have a common cause, goal or issue to address in their companies. As such the workshops are not offered as public programmes, but rather as in-house – your place or ours, sessions. The workshop is most powerful when all members from a project team attend together. Technical and non technical individuals will benefit from the hands on aspects of these workshops
